On the afternoon of February 21, 2025, Li Chen, Director of the Green and Low Carbon Product Line of Fangyuan Logo Certification Group's public institutions, led a team to visit our association. The person in charge of our association received and exchanged ideas together. Both sides had in-depth exchanges on green and low-carbon accounting and certification. We plan to further cooperate in agriculture, energy, international expansion, and other areas in the next step. CQM Certification Group (CQM) is a member unit of the Beijing International Ecological Economy Association. It started in 1991 and has grown together with China's certification and accreditation industry. It is a group oriented and professional technical service organization that integrates certification, training, scientific research, policy research, standard setting, and international cooperation, and is oriented towards the world. CQM has a nationwide market service network, with over 40 subsidiary companies and more than 6500 professional technical teams covering various industries. It has served more than 200000 customers and issued over 300000 certificates.

Recently, the head of our association visited Wuxi Gangwan Network Technology Co., Ltd., a board member unit of our association, to exchange views on the construction of digital rivers, zero-carbon communities, and zero-carbon parks.

IEEPA conducted on-site surveys of user units on the energy-saving technologies of member units to understand the user experience and possible promotion points. Through algorithms, the technology of improving the perception of energy-consuming equipment and timely frequency conversion peak shaving to achieve energy saving deserves the attention and adoption of all sectors of society. Participating in the survey was Director Chen Yongqing of the Certification Committee of the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences.

IEEPA experts conduct on-site surveys on new energy-saving technologies in member units

At the beginning of the new year, the association organized top environmental experts in the industry to provide targeted guidance on the implementation ofcurrent national ecological environment policy projects through online video conferences for our association's deputy units, close cooperation units, and relevant municipal environmental protection bureaus. The service model of theconference was highly praised by the participants and was considered an important measure to promote the win-win development of environmental protection.During the meeting, environmental protection experts gave an in-depth interpretation of the current ecological and environmental policies, analyzing the deep meaning behind the policies and the key points in implementation. The experts explained through examples to give participants a clearer understanding of how to effectively implement policies. In addition, the experts also answered the practical problems encountered by participating units during the implementation processand provided professional guidance and suggestions. Participants said that through video conferencing, they were able to interact instantly, and questions and feedback were very timely, which is crucial for understanding and mastering complex environmental policies. At the same time, this form also breaks geographical restrictions,allowing more local environmental protection departments and units to benefit.

The Association will provide targeted guidance on the implementation of nationalecological and environmental policy projects for the deputy units.

Recently, the association organized a special exchange seminar for the member units of two carbon reduction and energy saving technology - cement industry kiln waste heat recovery technology, member units invested hundreds of millions of yuan, devoted to research and development for several years, has successfully completed the pilot test, can be promoted to the country. This technology can significantly reduce electricity consumption and increase production capacity by more than 15% without changing the existing process by adding or changing some facilities, which can contribute to China's carbon peak and carbon neutrality.

The association will organize a special energy saving and carbon reduction technology seminar for member units

Recently, I will connect and bridge the gap between the technology innovation technology and products of Zhejiang Xiaoqiao Flowing Water Environment Technology Co., Ltd., a vice president unit, to assist it in serving the national groundwater pollution risk prevention and control strategy.

Recently, Zhejiang Xiaoqiao Flowing Water Technology Co., Ltd., the vice president unit of our association, has launched a new overall solution for groundwater detection and a 1J level 1J2 groundwater sampling equipment. The core advantage of the new detection scheme is that it can achieve automatic well washing, planning sampling time and mode while meeting the national groundwater sampling scheme, thereby significantly reducing the sampling time cycle and personnel costs. It is understood that this solution greatly improves the frequency and accuracy of data sampling while minimizing construction costs (one central station+multiple sampling stations). This innovative measure enables the online monitoring and analysis platform for groundwater to effectively collect high-frequency data for modeling, providing strong technical support for the scientific management and rational utilization of groundwater resources.
