Qualifications for Academic and Experts Committee of the International Ecological Economy Promotion Association(Entry Requirements)

1. Qualifications for appointment as a special researcher or technical expert of the Academic and Experts Committee of the International Ecological Economy Promotion Association

(1) A special researcher or technical shall apply by himself/herself and be nominated by at least one person among the president, vice president, secretary general or incumbent academicians and experts.

(2) Acting as part of research strengths of our Association, the special researcher or technical expert will jointly engage in relevant researches and academic activities.

(3) A special researcher or technical expert will be granted individual membership automatically in our Association. If the individual has the willingness to serve on the Council, he/she must go through co-option.

(4) Contract researchers or technical experts are normally recruited once a year. The maximum term is five years. The recruitment will be followed up and evaluated by the Secretariat, who is entrusted by Academic and Expert Commission. It there arises serious academic misconduct, relevant individual will be dropped from the academic list.

(5) The Secretariat will be responsible for the liaison of researchers or experts.

2. Qualifications for appointment as a senior researcher of the Academic and Experts Committee of the International Ecological Economy Promotion Association

(1) A senior researcher shall apply by himself/herself. The application must nominated by our president or by at least two person from vice-president, secretary general or incumbent academicians and experts.

(2) Acting as part of research strengths of our Association, the special researcher or technical expert will jointly engage in relevant researches and academic activities.

(3) A senior fellow will be granted individual membership automatically in our Association. If the individual has the willingness to serve on the Council, he/she must go through co-option.

(4) Senior researchers are normally recruited once a year. The maximum term is five years. The recruitment will be followed up and evaluated by the Secretariat, who is entrusted by Academic and Expert Commission. It there emerges serious academic misconduct, de-list procedures will be initiated.

(5) The Secretariat will be responsible for the liaison of researchers.

3. Qualifications for appointment as an expert of the Academic and Experts Committee of the International Ecological Economy Promotion Association

(1) Expert commissioners are normally invited for recruitment. The recruitment must be nominated by one person from academic and expert commission or by two person from the Board of Governors. This procedure shall be approved by the Chair of the commission mentioned above.

(2) As the professional strength of great significance of our Association, members of expert are supposed to provide guidance to and support for relevant research projects and academic work.

(3) Commissioners will be granted individual membership automatically in our Association. If an individual is willing to joint the Board of Directors, he/she need to be co-opted.

(4) The expert commissioners enter into a contract for 5 years. After follow-up assessments given by the Secretariat of the Academic and Expert Commission, a consecutive term will be granted. It there occurs serious academic misconduct, de-list procedures will be initiated.

(5) The Secretariat will be responsible for the liaison of experts.

4. Qualifications for appointment as a senior expert commissioner of the Academic and Experts Committee of the International Ecological Economy Promotion Association

(1) Senior expert commissioners are normally invited for recruitment. The recruitment must be nominated by two person from academic and expert commission or by three person from the Board of Governors. This procedure shall be approved by the Chair of the expert commission.

(2) As important professional strength of our Association, senior experts will direct and support relevant research projects and academic achievements.

(3) Senior expert members will be granted individual membership automatically in our Association at the level of personal director. This shall be based on serving cadres at the level of deputy director or above, except for those that must be approved by personnel department. If an individual is willing to joint the Board of Directors, he/she need to be co-opted.

(4) The senior commissioners enter into a contract for 5 years. After going through follow-up assessments given by the Secretariat of the Academic and Expert Commission, a consecutive term will be granted. It there occurs serious academic misconduct, de-list procedures will be initiated.

(5) The Secretariat will be responsible for the liaison of senior experts.

5. Qualifications for appointment as an expert at deputy-director level of the Academic and Experts Committee of the International Ecological Economy Promotion Association

(1) Expert commissioners at deputy-director level are normally invited for recruitment. The recruitment must be nominated by at least three person from academic and expert commission or by at least four person from the Board of Governors. They will be directly employed by the Chair of Academic and Expert Commission.

(2) As the professional strength of great importance, vice-director expert commissioners shall provide guidance on project research in certain areas or relevant academic work.

(3) Expert members at vice-director level will be granted individual membership automatically in our Association at the level of personal director. This shall be based on serving cadres at the level of deputy director or above, except for those that must be approved by personnel department. If an individual is willing to joint the Board of Directors, he/she need to be co-opted.

(4) The deputy-director experts enter into a contract for 5 years. Going through follow-up assessments given by the Secretariat of the Academic and Expert Commission, a consecutive term will be granted after expiration. It there occurs serious academic misconduct, de-list procedures will be initiated.

(5) The Secretariat will be responsible for the liaison of deputy-director members of experts.

6. Qualifications for appointment as an expert commissioner at director level of the Academic and Experts Committee of the International Ecological Economy Promotion Association

(1) Expert commissioners at director level are normally invited for recruitment. The recruitment must be nominated by at least five person from academic and expert commission or by at least six person from the Board of Governors. They will be directly employed by the Chair of Academic and Expert Commission.

(2) As the significant professional strength, chief expert commissioners shall provide guidance on project research in certain areas or relevant academic work.

(3) Chief expert commissioners will be granted individual membership automatically in our Association at the level of personal director. This shall be based on serving cadres at the level of deputy director or above, except for those that must be approved by personnel department. If an individual is willing to joint the Board of Directors, he/she need to be co-opted.

(4) Expert commissioners at director level enter into a contract for 5 years. Going through follow-up assessments given by the Secretariat of the Academic and Expert Commission, a consecutive term will be granted after expiration. It there occurs serious academic misconduct, de-list procedures will be initiated.

(5) The Secretariat will be responsible for the liaison of director members of experts.

7. Qualifications for appointment as the vice president of the Academic and Experts Committee of the International Ecological Economy Promotion Association

(1) Vice president is normally invited for recruitment. The recruitment must be nominated by at least eight person from academic and expert commission or by at least ten person from the Board of Governors. He/She will be directly employed by the Chair of Academic and Expert Commission.

(2) As the professional strength of great significance, vice president directs relevant work of Academic and Expert Commission.

(3) Vice president will be granted individual membership automatically in our Association at the level of vice honorary president personally. This shall be based on serving cadres at the level of deputy director or above, except for those that must be approved by personnel department. If an individual is willing to joint the Board of Directors, he/she need to be co-opted.

(4) Vice president enters into a contract for 5 years. Going through follow-up assessments given by the Secretariat of the Academic and Expert Commission, a consecutive term will be granted after expiration. It there occurs serious academic misconduct, de-list procedures will be initiated.

(5) The Secretariat will be responsible for the liaison of the vice president.

8. Qualifications for appointment as the chair of the Academic and Experts Committee of the International Ecological Economy Promotion Association

(1) The chair of the Academic and Expert Commission is nominated by the Standing Council, and be recommended by honorary president or president. The employment of chairman shall be unanimously approved by the Academic and Expert Commission.

(2) As the significant leadership, the chairman gives full direction on relevant academic work.

(3) The Chairman will be granted individual membership automatically in our Association at the level of vice honorary president personally. This shall be based on serving cadres at the level of deputy director or above, except for those that must be approved by personnel department. If an individual is willing to joint the Board of Directors, he/she need to be co-opted.

(4) The Chair enters into a contract for 5 years. Going through follow-up assessments given by the Secretariat of the Academic and Expert Commission, a consecutive term will be granted after expiration. It there occurs serious academic misconduct, de-list procedures will be initiated.
