To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Party's 20th report, link climate change with high-quality development, focusing on energy, food, digital, coordination, trade and development, Beijing International Ecological Economy Promotion Association (IEEPA) plans to hold the "2023 International Carbon Neutral and High-Quality Development Conference" both online and offline from May 12 to 13, 2023.
